Founded in 2017 by Participating Grammy Winner Nolan Monigold,
Monigold Studios is a community-centric production company designed from the ground up to provide professional experiences and expertise in the entertainment industry. From Recording, Mixing and Mastering to full scale Event Production and Physical Media, we find ourselves at the crossroads of art, technology, and collaborative work.

From the first idea to the final take, Monigold Studios will capture your best possible performance as you intended. Working with everyone from world-renowned artists to student recitals preparing for their next step, we specialize in preserving the artists intent.

Your recordings deserve to sound their best, and we pride ourselves on our deep roster of mixing and mastering engineers that work on Monigold Studios projects. From dialing in the demo mix, to ensuring your songs will hit their hardest once distributed, we offer top-to-bottom services to make your music stand out.

Immersive Audio
The future is immersive, and at Monigold Studios we are proud to offer bleeding-edge services to deliver your music in the formats of the future, including Dolby ATMOS. Feel the music surround you when your step into our state-of-the-art listening environments powered by Kali, ADAM, and IK Multimedia monitors
Supporting Local Artists
Monigold Studios began reactivating Bellevue Pavilion in 2021, and since then we are thrilled to have been able to provide local artists with a stage to perform on in the heart of Uptown Cincinnati! Hosting monthly First Friday concerts, along with festivals like Punkzilla and the annual Rocktoberfest, we are proud to provide the local music community free public events while putting money directly in the pockets of performers thanks in part to grants from ArtsWave and the National Endowment of the Arts!
Surround Sound Zine was founded in 2025 as a newsletter from Monigold Studios, shining light on the incredibly rich arts and culture that exist within the Cincinnati scene with a focus on underground artists and musicians, along with reporting on events transpiring in our community. We hope to spread light and start conversations, while also taking a snapshot of our experience within Cincinnati Arts for the generations to come.
